3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Attach clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review and confirm your return request
Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer:
A free replacement, or
A full refund, depending on product availability
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
